The shooting of the Nivin Pauly film titled Sakavu` came to a halt due to the scarcity of notes. The film is produced by B. Rakesh and is helmed by Sidharth Siva. The third schedule of the film`s shoot was planned to commence from the 18th of this month. Its location was Peerumedu in Idukki district and altogether they had decided for a 35 days of shoot.

They required 3.5 lakhs per day for the shoot which was difficult to get at this time. The producer as per the government`s latest direction would only be able to withdraw only 24,000 daily. The situation is the same for many of the films of which the shooting was progressing. There is short of money and many have temporarily stopped its canning.
